We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us we are happy to refund a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.
If DPD return the order to Florio’s due to two unsuccessful delivery attempts then we can only resend the parcel if the customer pays the delivery fees again stated on the site of the new order date.
Delivery on the first 2 failed attempts is not refundable.
Returns should be made within a reasonable time (35 days, starting the day after purchase).
Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. Proof of purchase detailing the price paid and date of purchase must be present.
Refunds under this policy may be issued via a Florio’s gift Voucher (e-voucher code).
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) regulations of 2013, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if one is requested within 14 working days of receipt.
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and copyright, we cannot refund items such as those listed below, unless they are faulty or not as described. Items excluded from this are: Chilled/Frozen products, Baby Food, Milk.
