Matilde Vincenzi opened her first pastry shop in Verona in 1905 where she carefully made her biscuits and pastries with passion. This small artisan pastry shop grew over the years into a company and the Vicenzi family continues the tradition of making fine pastry using family recipes that are preserved in Matilde’s original recipe book.
